This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website https://ferrosport.it/ (hereinafter, for brevity, respectively the “Terms of Use” and the “Website”), which anyone intending to browse its pages must adhere to.
Access to the Website and any action involving navigation on its web pages constitute full acceptance of the Terms of Use. If the user does not intend to accept the Terms of Use, they should simply refrain from browsing the pages of the Website.

If goods and services are offered or content is presented within the Website’s web pages subject to specific terms and conditions stated in those pages, such terms and conditions shall prevail over these Terms of Use.

The official FERRO s.n.c. website https://ferrosport.it/ is an online information portal designed to keep users informed about FERRO s.n.c.’s activities. The Website also aims to provide an overview of FERRO s.n.c.’s main promotional and commercial activities regarding the products and services it offers, as well as their respective terms of use.
All the content of the Website (news, photos, videos, sounds, trademarks, logos, domain names, software applications, graphic layouts, technical documentation and manuals, etc.) and the rights thereto are reserved. These enjoy the same protection granted to FERRO s.n.c.’s distinctive signs by current legislation.
FERRO s.n.c. specifies that the use of all signs belonging to FERRO s.n.c. as metatags is strictly prohibited, i.e., any HTML language command that, while not resulting in the display or formatting of certain commands, nonetheless provides instructions to electronic agents or search engines to increase the visibility of a site other than those attributable to FERRO s.n.c.

Without written authorization from FERRO s.n.c., it is not permitted to create links to the homepage of the Website, currently accessible at https://ferrosport.it/ (hereinafter also the “Home Page”), or to any other internal page of the Website.
However, if there is an interest in creating a link to the Home Page on your own website, a request must be sent via email to franca.perlati@sarmasrl.eu, indicating:
a) The details of the person responsible for the technical aspects of managing the website where the link to the Home Page will be inserted (including email address and phone number)
b) The details of the requesting company
c) The indication of the web address of the site where such link will be placed
d) Any additional information deemed useful for obtaining authorization from FERRO s.n.c.
Deep linking, which allows the user to be directed to an internal page without passing through the Home Page, is expressly prohibited, as is inline linking, which automatically displays images from the Website in a specific space on another site. Framing, which causes a page of the Website to appear within a specific frame of another site (so that the content of that page does not appear in its own browser window but within a frame created for that purpose), is also prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Without prejudice to any rights that users may hold by virtue of national or international legislation, these Terms of Use shall be governed by Italian law and construed according to said legislation (excluding its conflict of laws rules), including any disputes regarding the existence, validity, and effectiveness of the Terms of Use or any other agreement referencing them.
Within the above limits, the Court of Verona shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use, as well as any other agreement referencing them.
Because Italian law applies, in the event of any interpretative conflict between the Italian version and the English version of these general terms of use, the Italian version shall prevail.
